FOE is a private non-profit that does really good works! They are opening this event up to Wavos friends and fans. At the door just tell them that you're on ANDY's guest list. Bar food and beer are available for cheaper than a public bar. If you want wine or liquor, you can bring your own bottle - they'll keep the bottle under your name and charge only $1 per pour, mixers included for free. There is a liquor store two doors down from FOE. If any issues bringing a bottle in, Andy will bring it in for you.
